You will need to create a new account on the new platform, after this you can add your device to your account. We will be deleting and terminating all devices without active subscriptions on the new platform on the 30th of June 2024. Once terminated they cannot be re-activated. All existing subscription values remaining will be credited to your account once you have moved.
We are also offering at cost upgrades for exisitng customers to our new 4G connected equipment during this phase until the 30th of June 2024.
